Your rights under the TDPSA
If you are a Texas resident, the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act (TDPSA) gives you the right to:
- Know whether we hold personal information about you, and see it.
- Correct information that is wrong.
- Delete information we hold about you.
- Get a portable copy of the information you gave us.
- Appeal if we turn down your request.
Selling and advertising
We do not sell your personal information to third-party vendors, and we do not share it with third parties for their advertising.
Because we do not do those things, there is no third-party opt-out to run. We do use the information we collect to market our own service to you. You can opt out of our marketing at any time - just email us and we will stop.
How to make a request
Email hello@aledobinbutler.com and tell us what you would like to do - see, correct, delete, or get a copy of your information, or stop our marketing. We may need to confirm who you are before we act, to protect your account.
Requests cover every place we hold your information, including neighborhood interest signups. Delete requests remove those rows too.
We will respond within 45 days. If a request is complex and we need more time, we will tell you.
If we say no
You can appeal by replying to our decision at hello@aledobinbutler.com, and we will take another look. If you are still not satisfied, you can file a complaint with the Office of the Texas Attorney General.
Who to contact
These requests are handled by Aledo Bin Butler, the operator of Aledo Bin Butler, at hello@aledobinbutler.com.
