Frequently asked questions
Everything about how the Wednesday roll-in works, what it costs, and what happens on service day.
How the service works
What does Aledo Bin Butler actually do?
You take 'em out. We bring 'em in. You set your trash and recycle bins out at the curb on Wednesday like always. After the city collects them, we roll your bins back up to wherever you keep them. That is the whole service.
What days do you run?
Wednesdays, after the city has collected trash and recycling in Walsh Ranch. We roll your bins back the same day, so they are in by the end of Wednesday.
Where do you serve?
Aledo, TX. At launch we are onboarding the Walsh Ranch neighborhood first. If you are outside Walsh Ranch, you can join the waitlist and we will reach out as we grow.
What is included, and what do I still do?
We handle the roll-in: after pickup we bring up to 2 bins back to where you keep them, with a photo every visit. You still set the bins out at the curb on Wednesday - that part stays with you.
Do you clean the bins?
Not yet. Today we roll your bins back in. There is no bin-cleaning service at launch.
Pricing and billing
What does it cost?
One simple plan. Standard Valet is $49.99 a month for up to 2 bins. Each extra bin is $10 more a month - so 3 bins is $59.99, 4 bins is $69.99, up to 5 bins.
How do I pay, and when does service start?
You add a card at signup through Stripe. It is drafted on your start date and then monthly from that date, paid in advance. Your first roll-in is the next Wednesday after you sign up.
Is there a late fee?
Yes. If a payment does not go through, a $10 late fee applies and service pauses until the balance is paid.
How do I cancel? Can I pause for a vacation?
Cancel anytime with 30 days notice. We do not offer vacation pauses or holds - it is a monthly subscription.
On service day
What happens on holidays or if the trucks run late?
Collection can shift a day around holidays. We follow the actual pickup and roll your bins in the same day. If the city trucks have not run, we do not force it - we follow up and finish the next day.
What if my driveway is blocked?
Please keep the path to your bins clear on Wednesday. If we cannot reach them because the driveway is blocked, it still counts as that week's service and there is no credit.
How do I know my bins were brought back?
We take a photo on every visit and keep it for 30 days, so you always have proof the job was done.
