Privacy Policy
What we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. We do not sell your information.
Last updated July 4, 2026
The short version
Aledo Bin Butler ("we", "us"), operated by Aledo Bin Butler, is a local bin roll-in service. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have.
We do not sell your personal information to third-party vendors, and we do not share it so other companies can advertise to you.
What we collect
We collect only what we need to run the service and reach you:
- Your name, email, and (if you give it) phone number.
- Your service address and where you keep your bins.
- How many bins you have, plus any notes you send us.
- Payment details, entered securely through Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
- A photo of your bins on each visit, as proof the roll-in was done.
- If you ask to be notified about service in a coming-soon neighborhood, we store your email and address solely to email you about that neighborhood launching. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in those emails.
How we use it
We use your information to:
- Provide the Wednesday roll-in and keep your account running.
- Bill you and send payment confirmations and service updates.
- Answer your questions and waitlist requests.
- Market our own service to you - for example, our own offers and news about Aledo Bin Butler.
We do not sell your information
We do not sell your personal information to third-party vendors, and we do not share it so other companies can advertise to you.
We do use the information we collect to run and promote our own service. You can opt out of our marketing messages at any time - just email us. Your Texas data rights are on the Data Rights page.
Service providers we rely on
A few trusted providers process data on our behalf so the service works. They are not allowed to use your information for their own marketing:
- Stripe - payments and your card on file.
- Supabase - your account and service records.
- Resend - the emails we send you.
- Vercel - hosting and aggregate, non-identifying traffic analytics.
Photo proof
We take a photo on every visit and keep it for 30 days, then delete it. It is there so you have proof the job was done and to protect both of us if a question comes up.
How long we keep your information
We keep your account and service records while you are a customer and for a reasonable time after, as needed to run the business and meet legal or tax requirements. Visit photos are kept 30 days.
Your privacy rights
Texas residents have rights under the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act (TDPSA), and where GDPR applies you have similar rights. In short, you can ask us to show you, correct, or delete the information we hold, get a copy of it, and opt out of our marketing.
The Data Rights page explains each right and exactly how to use it.
Children
The service is meant for adults who manage a household. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
