What if my street is not in Walsh Ranch?
Aledo Bin Butler serves Walsh Ranch only at launch. If your street is not on the list, you can join the waitlist and we will reach out as we grow.
What happens on holidays or if the Wednesday trucks run late?
We follow the actual city pickup. If Wednesday collection shifts a day, we shift with it and finish the roll-in the same day the trucks run.
What if my driveway is blocked?
Please keep the path to your bins clear on Wednesday. If we cannot reach them, it still counts as that week's service and there is no credit.
