Terms of Service

Aledo Bin Butler ("we", "us", "our") is operated by Aledo Bin Butler. These terms cover our Wednesday bin roll-in service in Walsh Ranch, Aledo, TX. By signing up for or using the service, you agree to them.

You take 'em out. We bring 'em in. You set your trash and recycling bins out at the curb on Wednesday like always. After the city collects them, we roll your bins back up to wherever you keep them.

Your plan covers up to 2 bins, with a photo taken on every visit as proof the job was done.

To keep things clear, the service does not include:

• Taking bins out to the curb - that part stays with you.
• Cleaning or deodorizing bins.
• Hauling bulk items, extra bags, or hazardous waste.
• Any service outside the Walsh Ranch community.
• Vacation pauses or holds - it is a monthly subscription.

Please set your bins out at the curb on Wednesday and keep the path to them clear so we can reach them.

If we cannot reach your bins because the driveway or path is blocked, it still counts as that week's service and there is no credit.

One simple plan. Standard Valet is $49.99 a month for up to 2 bins. Each extra bin is $10 more a month - so 3 bins is $59.99 and 4 bins is $69.99, up to 5 bins.

You add a card at signup, handled securely by our payment processor, Stripe. Your card is drafted on your start date and then monthly from that date, paid in advance. Your first roll-in is the next Wednesday after you sign up.

If a payment does not go through, a $10 late fee applies and your service pauses immediately until the balance is paid.

You can cancel anytime with 30 days notice. We do not offer vacation pauses or holds.

City collection can shift a day around holidays. We follow the actual pickup and roll your bins in the same day. If the city trucks have not run, we do not force it - we follow up and finish the next day.

By signing up and checking the waiver box at checkout, you agree that Aledo Bin Butler is released from liability for damage to property, gates, driveways, vehicles, or bins that may occur during normal service.

We take reasonable care moving your bins. This waiver covers ordinary wear and the normal risks of rolling bins on your property; it is not a release for gross negligence.

To the fullest extent allowed by Texas law, the service is provided on an as-is basis. We are not responsible for a missed roll-in caused by blocked access, weather, or collection delays outside our control. If we ever fall short, our responsibility is limited to the value of that week's service.

We do not sell your personal information to third-party vendors, and we do not share it so other companies can advertise to you.

We do use the information we collect to run and promote our own service. Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and how we use it, and the Data Rights page explains your choices.

We may update these terms as the business grows. When we do, we update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
